Full Body Circuit Workout

Today’s agenda included an easy 4 mile run…easy, minus the fact that I had to climb over a huge tree that fell on the trail – I literally had to climb up and catapult over, attempting to avoid a huge puddle of mud. Which I did not. Mini-obstacle course! Fun times.  Post-run, I completed three strength circuits at home:

Use whatever weight that’s challenging but do-able for you!

And there you have it! Just finished an ice cold, delicious protein shake. (Current favorite: vanilla flavored whey protein with frozen mixed berries and milk). Now I’m off to study for my ACSM Personal Training Certification.
