Today, let’s start out by stating the obvious, shall we? IT’S FRIDAY. Such a wonderful day. So much promise for the weekend. Lot’s of fun-in-the-sun to be had.Speaking of which, this week’s core workouts finished up today…Sunday will be the start of then new week! If you’re interested, here are the past week’s:
I’m loving the pyramid workouts. In my mind, it’s much easier to count reps instead of setting a timer and recording the number of reps. That’s probably just a mental thing but whatever. Same thing with HIIT. It goes faster, it’s tough, and I always feel like I got an effective workout in a short amount of time.

I own every single season of Friends and this is amazing.
My weekend plans involve a long run, the beach, a haircut, yoga, and meeting my “Viva Bike Vegas” cycle team that I’m coordinating for work. No, I’m not cycling. I don’t even have a bike. I barely know what a cue sheet is…BUT I will learn! (Do YOU know what a cue sheet is? Did you see that knowledge I just dropped?)
