People are always pushing morning workouts…I get that it’s nice to start the day that way, but sometimes the afternoon is just the best option for me. I exercise at both times of day and am glad someone wrote about afternoon exercisers because early morning just doesn’t work for everyone. I actually think afternoon exercise is a GREAT habit because you watch what you eat during the day (i.e., no heavy greasy lunch if you’re going for a run) and you can go to the gym which means you avoid some rush hour traffic!
