I just finished my first marathon in Disney and walk breaks are a way of life! Do not be ashamed it allows you to run farther and faster and I’m not the only one who believes that according to how many were doing it.
To answer your question I think for me it took me way to long to fall in love with the benefits of foam rolling! So there is my lesson learned. Have a great day!
