I’m so sorry! You know I’ve been injured…for the last four months. It sucks. BUT, I am now feeling better and finally ready to start building my base and speed again. It takes time but I promise you’ll get there!!

Being injured sucks and having no clear-cut answers or plan to fix it sucks even more! I really hope you find a doctor that actually cares, understands you and wants to help. In the meantime, I think PT will be huge for you and building up strength is essential. Sending you ALL the positive running vibes, my friend!

The healthcare situation is just crazy- docs here have weeks of waiting to get in as well :(. I hope you find some relief soon and something to help you get back to running, tri, and everything else you enjoy!

I’ve been there – I feel your pain. This isn’t going to solve your problems, but I’ve been using the slingshot band to do band walks to strengthen my hips and it is ah-mazing! My Pilates trainer had me start using it and I ended up getting one for myself on Amazon. It’s really helping with my hips and glutes. Also, for pain relief I’ve been using Deep Blue by Doterra. It’s pricey but the best thing I’ve used (and I’ve used them all over the years). Hope things get better – don’t give up!
