I’m a huge fan of strength training – it’s one of my favorite ways to work up a sweat! On the Strength Training Workouts page, you’ll find a variety of circuits  I created based around strengthening either specific body parts or full body. I have everything from 10 minute to 60 minute workouts…all created to make the time pass more quickly!

As a triathlete, I’m always looking for ways to switch up bike rides on a spin bike or while on my trainer. On my Cycling Workouts page, I have a few interval workouts guaranteed to make the time inside pass quickly!


I have also created some treadmill running workouts for those days you want to work on your speed indoors!
