It’s “that time of year”.
Traveling. Shopping. Family time. Work. SO MUCH GOING ON! Sometimes you want to stay inside and eat cookies. Sometimes you decide to be productive and do a quick workout at home. You will catch me doing both this December. (Okay, okay. Both of these occur every month for me.) If you fall into the latter category on any given day, you’re in luck! You don’t even have to think.
