It’s packing day! I’ve created a quick checklist based on what I think I’ll need for Rev 3 Quassy on Sunday. I tried to keep it pretty minimal, but there are a couple items that aren’t completely necessary. Extra goggles might not be 100% necessary, for example, but haven’t you ever gotten to the pool, put your goggles on, and the band snapped? Or the plastic popped out? ‘Cause I have…and I don’t want to take chances on raceday!
Random fun fact: I added band-aids because at the first triathlon I ever spectated, I was cheering on a friend going through transition and another girl was shouting “DOES ANYONE HAVE A BAND-AID?” and I saved the day because I randomly had one in my purse.
